Due to the enthusiasm shown by the little ones and the success that the Junior program in business has had, we will meet on March 10 with a group of children between the ages of 8 and 13 years. The activity will take place at Diverta, Baneasa Shopping City, between 11:00 and 15:00. The program is specially designed for children who have never participated or who have only been to activities once. Give your child a chance to go beyond their limits!
Junior in business is the most innovative program for children in Romania that develops self-confidence, their communication and entrepreneurial skills through games and the practical sale of products created by the little ones in teams. So far, there have been 15 editions in 5 cities in Romania: Bucharest, Bacau, Brasov, Iasi, Constanta and about 250 children participated.
"Business juniors" is built on two basic principles:
1. Personal development and communication skills - children are involved in games of presentation, creativity and teamwork.
2. Development of entrepreneurial skills and understanding of economic principles - after a few games of calculation or analysis, the children are divided into teams and agree on which products to sell. I receive a surprise budget from which I buy various materials to make my own products.
After shopping, make a promotional poster and prepare their products. They have an hour to convince the customers and to sell their products made by them. 80% of the profit is shared equally by the team members, and 20% of the profit is donated to a local NGO.
