A simple idea, but one that will make the happy ones in your family happy.
For the dough
500 g flour
1 yeast cube
270 ml of warm water
1 teaspoon old
2 tablespoons olive oil
olives without seeds
100 g cheese post
Method of preparation
Dissolve the yeast in a few tablespoons of warm water, put the sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and let this mayo raised, in a warm place. Then mix with the rest of the flour, olive oil and leave the dough covered with a napkin, warm, 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the toppings: cut the vegetable strips as thin as possible and remove the olives.
After the dough has grown, spread it in a baking tray, lined with baking paper, then anoint with the tomato sauce and sprinkle over the toppings.
Put it in the oven, over medium heat, and when the pizza is baked, it launches vegetable cheese cheese.
Put in the tomato sauce fresh basil and ground pepper, to taste more special.
