Sos Bolognese

The bolognese meat sauce is very easy to make and it works great with pasta.

Preparation time

40 minutes




250 g minced beef

250 g minced pork

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 chopped onion

2 carrots touched

5 cloves of garlic

400 g tomatoes peeled

200 g tomato paste

1 glass of red (120 ml)

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried maghiran



Method of preparation

Put the oil on the heat, then add the beef and pork, stirring constantly, until it changes color and browns.

After a few minutes, add the onion, carrots and garlic minced. Let the mixture penetrate well and add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. After a few minutes turn off everything with wine and let the sauce boil, until the liquid evaporates.

In the end, add the aromatic plants and match the salt and pepper sauce.

Serve bolognese sauce with tagliatelle (or other long pasta) or as a filling for lasagna.
