2-3 green salads

1 l bags

1 cup of rice

4 strands green onion

3 strands of green garlic

100 g smoked rib

3 eggs

Method of preparation

Boil a pot with a liter of water and let it boil. Add the washed rice in cold water, chopped onion and garlic. Put the green salad and cut into thin strips, 1-2 cm, then leave the soup to boil, over low heat, about 20 minutes. After this time, add the boiled and cleared foam bag and the minced minced lemongrass.

Separately, prepare an omelet from the three eggs beaten with a tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt. Cut the strip of omelette and place them over the salad dressing.

Cut the smoked rib into thin strips or cubes and fry in a frying pan. Add the Romanian rib over the soup, along with the fat.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil over the broth and leave it to boil.


Serve salad with fresh bread, sour cream and hot pepper.
