Nicoise salad

Nicoise salad is very nutritious and combines a lot of tasty ingredients. You can prepare it in two versions, namely, either use tuna or use tuna.

2 eggs

1 preserves tone

50 g black olives

50 g green olives

2 fat peppers

1 green salad

200 g boiled corn kernels

100 g boiled green beans



2 tablespoons olive oil

juice from a lemon

Method of preparation

Wash the vegetables well, then clean the peppers and seeds and cut them into julienne. Break the salad leaves by hand, so as not to oxidize. Put everything in a large bowl, then add the tuna, olives, corn, green beans and taste to match with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.


Enrich this salad by adding other ingredients, such as tomatoes, onion or boiled eggs.

Replace the tuna with the anchovy, if you want to get a slightly changed version of this salad.
