Kiwi and coconut bricks

Coconut and kiwi muffins are ideal for breakfast and are kept fresh for several days.

250 g coconut flakes

200 g of yogurt

300 g of kiwi

20 g old

5 ml balsamic vinegar

2 eggs

100 g butter

100 g old brown

130 g flour

5 ml vanilla extract

5 g baking powder

3 g sodium bicarbonate

5 g salt

Method of preparation

Mix the coconut flakes with the yogurt. Cut the kiwi fruit into cubes and mix them in a bowl with the white sugar and balsamic vinegar.

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, butter, brown sugar and vanilla over the mixture with coconut flakes. Then add the flour mixture and mix gently.

Incorporate kiwi fruit and juice left by them. Then fill the bricks with this composition. Give the baking tray to the oven for 30 minutes.
