Guacamole with garlic

Guacamole sauce comes from Mexican cuisine. It is a spicy sauce, usually served with tortilla chips.

4 fruit avocado

1 small red onion

2 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 hot pepper

1/2 parsley connection

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method of preparation

Clean the avocado bark, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Cut the avocado pulp into small cubes, then sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not oxidize.

Cut the rest of the ingredients into small cubes, then mix everything into a large bowl. Add finely chopped parsley.

It matches the taste preparation, adding the olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve guacamole with tortilla chips, after staying at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
