In fact, vitamin H helps the body take in the necessary energy from food. At the same time, it is important for hair growth, skin health and for treating acne. In drug treatments, vitamin H is indicated for dermatoses of the adult, the child and the baby, as well as in the states of fatigue.
Biotin deficiency is very rarely encountered, but when it does exist, the affected person has dry skin (sometimes he has eczema), the appetite decreases, weakens and he feels tired.
