Cordon bleu represents the name given to a special snitel, taken from French cuisine, stuffed with ham and cheese.
2 pieces of chicken breast
200 g of cheese
100 g ham
Method of preparation
Slice the chicken breast, then beat the pieces obtained with the hammer of the cubes.
Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
Separately, cut the ham and cheese into thin slices.
In each slice of beaten chicken alternately ham and cheese. Then pack the roll, and if necessary catch it with some toothpicks.
The rolls are given through: flour, eggs (previously beaten as for the omelette and mixed with a few tablespoons of flour) and finally through breadcrumbs.
Put the blue fat on the fry in hot oil.
Let the rollers run out of oil on some paper towels.
