Tzatziki with walnuts is a slightly modified version of the tzatziki salad recipe, of Greek origin.
5 cloves of garlic
500 g Greek yogurt (fat)
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2-3 duck twigs
50 g of walnut, coarsely chopped
Method of preparation
The cucumber is cleaned from the peel, then the large grater is given. Salt a little, then leave to drain, in a room sieve.
The cucumbers will drain from the water left, then put in a bowl and mix with the garlic and chopped minced garlic, dill, yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil.
It fits the taste tzatziki, adding salt and pepper, then cover and refrigerate, at least an hour.
The salad is served garnished with chopped walnut and dill.
