Chocolate and orange check

The chocolate and orange check is very aromatic and can be served in the morning for breakfast.

Preparation time

60 minutes




5 blueberries

1 cana old

100 ml milk

100 ml of oil

2 dogs flour

1 envelope baking powder

1 salt powder

1 Rom

200 g of chocolate

1 orange

1 tablespoon cocoa

orange peel

Method of preparation

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix the composition until you get a strong foam, like honey. Add milk, oil and flour mixed with baking powder. Stop two tablespoons of this dough, which you mix with cocoa.

At the end, add chopped chocolate and orange peel. Pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper, put on top of it and the cocoa dough, then place on top of the orange slices.

Put the check in the oven, over medium heat, about 35 minutes.

Remove the check and leave it to cool, then slice it as desired.
