Fresh peaches can be preserved for winter in two ways - either placed in the freezer or in the jar. As for freezing, things are very simple, which is why we present an easy recipe to keep peas in the jar!
Method of preparation
Wash the jars and keep them in hot water until you put the peas in them.
Put the peas in a pot with boiling water and bring to a boil, over a suitable heat, for 5-7 minutes.
After boiling, drain the water through a strainer, but do not throw it, and put the boiled beans in the prepared jars. Do not fill the jars until refused. Leave about 3-4 cm free.
Every 500 g of peas pour half a teaspoon of salt, then fill the jars with the remaining juice from the boil.
Place the lid so that it seals tightly. You can test the tightness of the jars by pressing one finger over the covers. If they are let down by pressure, they are not closed properly.

The peas, like the beans, can be preserved by drying: the pea without salt is dissolved and then it is easily and evenly spread in the oven from the stove; when the grain hardens, it is kept in canvas bags or perforated paper.
