Meat tortellini are the ideal pasta for the times when you do not have much time available for cooking. They are prepared quickly and are very tasty.
500 grams tortellini with meat
1 chopped onion
200 grams of tomato paste
100 grams of cheese
100 grams of cream
Method of preparation
Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt. When they are al dente, drain them well. In a pan heat the olive oil. Add the onion and cook for a few minutes. Then add the tomato sauce and leave on the heat until you get a consistent sauce.
Add the pasta to a tray and pour over the cream. Stir well. Incorporate cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add thyme and stir well. Add the tomato sauce. Above there is a little cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
