200 grams of hazelnuts

360 grams of chocolate with chopped milk

20 ml rapeseed oil

30 grams old

10 grams of cocoa

3 ml vanilla extract

2 grams of salt

Method of preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put the hazelnuts in a pan and bake for 15 minutes. When they are baked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool completely. You're careful to remove the bark.

Melt chocolate in the bath. Mix well until you get a silky cream. Allow to cool completely. In a blender mix the hazelnuts until you get a paste. Add the oil, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt and mix.

Add the melted chocolate and mix well until you get a thick paste. Transfer nutella into a jar, seal and allow to cool to room temperature.

Nutella is consumed after it has cooled completely.
