250 g tortellini (with filling to taste, preferably with mushrooms or spinach)
300 g sour cream
100 g of parmesan
50 g butter
Method of preparation
Put tortellini in boiling water in boiling water, in which you add a little salt. Look on the packaging to find out how much you need to let them boil. Generally, boil in about 12 minutes.
Drain the water, putting it in a strainer and leave it until you prepare the sauce.
Put the melted butter in a hot pan. Add the cream and let them boil together. Add salt and pepper to taste, and a minute before you take the sauce from the heat, add the grated parmesan.
Toast tortellini in sauce or place them on a plate and then add the sauce over them.
