Recently, two Russian sites have triggered the valve in both Russia and the US by publishing this diet. Called the "Kremlin Diet", the two publications claim that it was created in the Kremlin's laboratories.
Immediately the Americans jumped and burned and claimed that it is a NASA concept and is used in astronaut feeding. It is certain that the mayor of Moscow, Iurie Lujcov, known to be a big gourmet, lost 15 kg using the diet of the "Kremlin Diet".
The principle behind dieting is simple. When the amount of carbohydrates in the body is reduced, the body begins to consume its own carbohydrate reserves. So it doesn't matter how much you ate, but how many grams of carbohydrates you consumed.
