Lean with the astronauts' diet

A simple diet, based on the exclusion from carbohydrate diet, makes Europe feel. Experts say that you can lose 5-6 kg in eight days. It's all about consuming a maximum of 40 food points daily. Recently, two Russian sites have triggered the valve in both Russia and the US by publishing this diet. Called the "Kremlin Diet", the two publications claim that it was created in the Kremlin's laboratories.
Immediately the Americans jumped and burned and claimed that it is a NASA concept and is used in astronaut feeding. It is certain that the mayor of Moscow, Iurie Lujcov, known to be a big gourmet, lost 15 kg using the diet of the "Kremlin Diet".
The principle behind dieting is simple. When the amount of carbohydrates in the body is reduced, the body begins to consume its own carbohydrate reserves. So it doesn't matter how much you ate, but how many grams of carbohydrates you consumed.
In order for the effect to be the expected one, the patient is allowed to consume a maximum of 40 grams of carbohydrates, which are transposed into points in a value table containing foods and their values ‚Äč‚Äčtransposed into carbohydrates. This diet is strictly forbidden to people with kidney disease, chronic cardiovascular disease and diseases of the digestive tract.
