6 slices of berbut

aromatic herbs: rosemary, thyme and mint

2 large cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of olive oil

100 ml white wine

salt and pepper

Method of preparation

Peel the garlic with the aromatic herbs and add salt and olive oil. Grease the chops with this mixture and leave them to marinate for several hours in a bowl covered with aluminum foil.

After the chops are macerated, place them in a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil and white wine, season with salt and pepper, then bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot chops, with potato topping or bee honey.
