Excess alcohol, unbalanced diet and drug poisoning leave us without a hair ornament. Stress, drastic weight loss, but also genetic predisposition can leave us without hair. Doctors say that it is normal to lose between 70 and 150 hairs daily because it regenerates. But there are also situations where hair falls out of abundance, a sign that we have a health problem. According to Dr. Daniel Popescu, from the Serban Voda Policlinica in the Capital, the causes of hair loss are various: unbalanced nutrition, which lack vitamins and minerals, digestive disorders, thyroid disorders, psychic shocks, excessive alcohol consumption, drug intoxication, lack air (when we have to wear, for a long time, hats, diapers or caps).
In women, says Dr. Daniel Popescu, hair loss is more pronounced during pregnancy or after curling. Oily hair should be brushed less, starting from the root. People with short hair can give up combs in favor of the brush. The brush is not recommended while the hair is wet, because it is more fragile and can break more easily. Massage the skin of your head every evening, to give the hair a vitality. The massage will be performed with the fingers and palms, about 10 minutes, until you feel a warm sensation.
