Cheese and yogurt pie successfully satisfies all tastes of the housewives. If some family members prefer cheese pie, and others stay true to the refined taste of yogurt, reconcile them all, bringing together both key ingredients and preparing a delicious pie with yogurt and cheese!
1 packet of pie sheets
400 g telemea cow (slightly salted)
400 g of yogurt
250 g old
1 vial of vanilla essence
a little butter
Method of preparation
Remove the pies and leave them to thaw a little, so that they can be easily manipulated in the tray. In the meantime, prepare the filling for the pie. Mix well the grated cheese with the yogurt, eggs, vanilla and sugar until you get a consistent paste. Grease the pie tray with a little butter.
Put a few sheets on the bottom of the tray, pour half of the filling, which you stretch well, and then add a new row of sheets. Put the rest of the filling and cover the pie with the last layer of sheets. Where the surface of the pie with a little yellow or water mixed with sugar, to get a nice appearance, after baking.
Bake in the oven, about 30-40 minutes, until the pie is browned on top.
