How to get the little one to eat less sugar. 3 ideas for healthy desserts

Sugar should not be the basic ingredient in desserts and may even be totally lacking. These recipes will convince you of this.

One of the ubiquitous components in almost any product we buy from the supermarket - be it sweets or other types of food - is refined sugar. It is that white sugar used by a lot of housewives and mothers in the kitchen, but which does not come with the nutrient package and can lead to serious weight problems. It is already known that reducing the amount of refined sugar from the daily diet is an extra step towards a healthy lifestyle, so we propose three ideas of sweet and tasty desserts, but without sugar:

1. A simple, delicious and ready recipe in 20 minutes

Some delicious, easy-to-prepare cookies that children will love are based on a very special ingredient, a true superfood - quinoa. It is, as you can see, a food full of vitamins and antioxidants and high nutritional value. Here's how you can cook this delicious dessert:

• 1 cup quinoa;
• 1 cup of oatmeal;
• 1-2 tablespoons of honey;
• Half a cup of coconut flakes;
• Half of the apple cup given through the grater;
• 2 eggs;
• Cinnamon for flavor and a tip of salt knife;
• Half a cup of melted dark chocolate (optional).

The preparation method is very simple. Quinoa is cooked like rice, boiled in water. Cooked quinoa mix well in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients (except chocolate). The mixture is placed in the briquette tray or in silicone briquette shapes and cooks for 15, maximum 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. After removing them from the oven and leaving them to cool, you just have to dip them in the chocolate and I am ready to enjoy.

2. Sweets for the little one, without a splash of sugar

Don't know what snacks to give the child or what to put in the kindergarten or school package? A very simple recipe, from only three ingredients can save you from this situation. It's about oatmeal, bananas and some dried fruits (raisins, cherries, currants, whatever you like).

Choose a very ripe banana, which can be easy to pass, put 100 grams of oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of dried fruit. Put on a baking sheet on a baking sheet on which you have baked paper and then give the baking tray 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. After they are cooked go perfectly with a little yogurt and they will definitely be appreciated by the little ones.

3. A sugar-free sweet for breakfast

The American breakfast with those fluffy pancakes can be easily replicated in a healthy version with bananas and no sugar. You need a very ripe banana, two eggs, a cinnamon powder and berries - currants, blackberries, raspberries.

Pass banana well, add beaten eggs and cinnamon powder, then cook in a non-stick pan, possibly with a drop of oil. Sit next to them some fresh fruit and the weekend breakfast is ready! Of course, you can give it to the little one as a dessert.
