Greek soup

Surprise your family with a Greek-specific evening and prepare a delicious Greek soup. Greek broth is prepared from chicken meat seasoned well with cream.

1 bag of chicken back

1 carrot

300 g celery

1 onion

1 lemon

1 yellow

100 ml of cream



Method of preparation

Cut the chicken back into small pieces and bring to a boil in 3 liters of cold water, with a teaspoon of salt and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. When it boils, add the carrot, celery and chopped onion and let them boil until the vegetables are well softened, about 25 minutes.

When it is almost ready, remove from the heat and add salt and lemon juice and drizzle with egg whites and cream. Chopped parsley was sprinkled.
