Chicken consumption is an ideal food for a light and healthy dinner. It is very easy to prepare and tasty. To prepare it you need some cheap vegetables and a little chicken.
4 chicken legs
1 root of pickarn
1 parsley root
1 celery root
Method of preparation
Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes and foam well. After boiling, strain the soup and cut the chicken into very small pieces, mix it with egg whites and a little cold water. Add the meat to the soup.
Chop the carrots, celery, parsley, parsley and onion, put them in the soup and let them boil well until the vegetables soften.
Strain the soup again. Add the peppercorns and salt, to taste and allow the soup to give in a pot or two.
Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley leaves.
