Ouale en cocotte is a real culinary feast, especially for lovers of French dishes. They are delicious, they are prepared quickly and easily, and their appearance is spectacular.
30 g mushrooms
30 g green onion
35 g butter
1 tablespoon and half cream
salt and pepper
Method of preparation
First warm the mushrooms in butter. Allow to cool and then grease two heat-resistant pots with butter and place in them the mushrooms, salted beforehand. Break one egg into each bowl, add the cream and onion over them and season with salt and pepper.
Then place the dishes in a pan with hot water, until halfway through, then bake them for 10 minutes.
Serve the eggs en cocotte directly from the dish in which you prepared them, with toast.
