If you want to try an exotic recipe, which is easy to prepare, you can opt for pineapple rice. It is delicious and, in addition, it is a perfect meal for your guests who are fasting.
1 piece of pineapple
2 cups of rice with long grain
2 tablespoons oil
50 g peas
1 red pepper
Method of preparation
First, wash and clean the vegetables well. Give the carrot by grating and chop the small chunks. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the rice and pour the water over it. Let it boil for 5 minutes, then add the peas and let them boil for another 15 minutes.
Mix the composition well from time to time so that it does not stick. When the rice is almost boiling, cut the pineapple into small cubes and add to it.
At the end, season with salt to taste and leave the rice on fire for about 5 minutes. You can add optional and a little jelly if you like spicy food.
