Rice pudding with sweets

The rice pudding with sweets is a delicious dessert, but also an interesting alternative to the banana rice milk, which your family probably already got bored of!

Preparation time

500 ml milk

a cup of rice

2-3 tablespoons of sugar

2 eggs



fruit candy (any assortment)

Method of preparation

Wash the rice well and bring it to a boil in the milk, along with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. It is preferable to put cinnamon and vanilla sticks and not essences. Leave the rice to a boil until the grain is soft, and the milk drops almost completely.

If you have used vanilla and cinnamon sticks, remove them. Separate the yolks from the whites and add the first ones in the rice, mixing quickly and continuously. Separately, beat the foam whites with a pinch of salt. Put the blueberry foam in the rice and mix well the composition.

Divide the rice into two parts. Place some rice on the bottom of a heat-resistant pan. Add a rather substantial layer of sweetness and then put the rest of the rice, carefully modeling it, to cover the sweetness. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until well browned on top.
