Apple pudding is a delicious dessert, appeared in the Romanian cuisine at the beginning of the last century. If you want your chicken to enjoy healthy desserts, this preparation is the option you are looking for.

1 kg of apples

100 g old

50 g of bread

1 cup walnut kernel

2 eggs

Method of preparation

Clean the apples, then give them by grating and mix with the ground nut. Separate the whites from the yellows and mix the whites with the sugar until you get a homogeneous foam.

Mix the yolks with the composition of apples, then incorporate the egg whites. Pour the composition obtained in a heat-resistant pan anointed with butter and crumb.

Put the pudding in the oven, over high heat for about 15 minutes, then over medium heat until it is nicely browned.


Optionally, for the special aroma, you can add in the composition cognac and cinnamon powder.
