Strawberry pudding (strawberries) is a special dessert, which you can prepare in the spring, when these aromatic fruits appear.
1 kg strawberries (strawberries)
150 g old
3 whites lemon peel
1 tablespoon butter
Method of preparation
Clean the strawberries or strawberries of cod, then drain the fruits of water and mix them with a blender. Separately, boil the sugar with water, until you get a thick syrup.
Mix the fruit puree with the sugar syrup and allow it to cool, about 15 minutes. Add over the lemon peel fruit composition and whipped egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Pour the composition obtained in a heat-resistant form, greased with butter. Put the pudding in the oven, at the appropriate heat, about 15 minutes.
Serve the pudding immediately after you prepare it so that the composition does not drop.
