Beef roast in beer sauce

Prepare for the winter holidays a delicious beef steak in beer sauce. This preparation is a refined one, with special flavors, which will delight your guests.

1 kg of beef

1 thyme branch

1 branch of basil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

500 ml of beer

1 teaspoon of sugar

2 teaspoons of melted butter

salt and white pepper

1 half lemon



Method of preparation

Wash the meat well and season with salt, pepper, cloves, nutmeg, thyme and bay leaves. Let it steep for 30 minutes and, in the meanwhile, cut the carrots, onion and peel the lemon peel.

Heat melted butter in a small saucepan and heat beef on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add the chopped vegetables, vinegar, basil, sugar and beer over it and bake for at least 60 minutes.
