Candy pudding

Caramel pudding is a dessert inspired by French cuisine, very similar to burnt sugar.

Preparation time

3 eggs

200 ml milk

120 g old

30 g flour

100 g butter

caramel sauce

mint leaves (optional)

Method of preparation

Melt the sugar, then mix it with the flour, butter and milk. Put the composition to a boil, over low heat and leave on the stove until slightly thickened.

Stir continuously in the sauce so that it does not cling to the vessel walls. Take the caramel composition from the heat and let it cool.

Add egg yolks and whipped egg whites. Put the composition in a heat-resistant pan greased and give it to the oven, at bath-marie, about 40 minutes.

Serve the pudding after it has cooled slightly, with caramel sauce next to it and decorate the preparation with fresh mint leaves.
