June, July, August, September ... These are the months when the pharmacy of nature is open. We drink the sirloin syrup when we cough up. If we are stressed and have problems with sleep, we drink chamomile, lime or ring teas in the evening. We know a lot of the benefits of herbs and we appeal to them because the side effects of herbal remedies are much lower compared to those of allopathic medicines. However, herbal treatments should be administered very carefully and under the guidance of a specialist phytotherapist.
Equally important is how the management of herbal remedies is also how the plants are harvested, the time of year and even the day in which the storage conditions are harvested. The summer months are the richest in terms of medicinal plants that are harvested during this period. It is advisable to avoid those plants that have already started to shake.
