Sandwiches with quail eggs are delicious and very nutritious. Prepare them quickly, in just a few minutes and you can serve them at work, if you crave a healthy snack.
14 quail eggs
6 slices of toast
1 tablespoon mustard
110 g butter
juice from half a lemon
salt and black pepper
Method of preparation
First, put 55 g of butter in a pan to melt. Add mustard, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Then grease slices of toast with this mixture and place on a platter. Add the rest of the butter to the pan and fry the quail eggs. On each slice of bread lay two eggs mesh.
Serve sandwiches with cold quail eggs, decorated with green salad or vegetables.
