Lasagna with meat and mushrooms

Method of preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan and heat the onion and garlic. Add tomato paste, oregano and mushrooms and boil for 10 minutes.

Incorporate the beef and leave on the fire for 15 minutes. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and leave on the fire until it boils.

Then lower the heat and let it boil for 40 minutes. Combine parmesan, cow cheese, mozzarella, egg, parsley and lemon peel.

Place lasagna sheets in a pan, then half of the cheese mixture, and over a quarter of the meat and mushroom sauce.

Repeat the layers, until the last one, which will be made of sauce and cheese. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
