400 grams of pasta
50 grams of cream
250 grams of bacon cut into cubes
10 ml of olive oil
1 chopped parsley bond

Method of preparation
Fill a pan with cold water and add a little salt. Cover the pan with a lid and leave on the fire until it boils. At this time, add the pasta in boiling water and boil for 15 - 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the bacon in a well-heated pan for 15 minutes, until it becomes crispy. When ready, remove a kitchen towel from the paper.
Combine eggs, parmesan, cream and olive oil in a bowl until you get a homogeneous paste.
Drain the pasta well and mix with the egg and cream sauce. Above the press the crispy bacon and chopped parsley. You can also add a little grated parmesan.
