Potato salted donuts are a delicious, easy-to-prepare appetizer, perfect for festive meals, so you can confidently prepare them even for Christmas or New Year's Eve.

360 g boiled potatoes

10 g butter

Method of preparation

Boil the potatoes with two teaspoons of salt first. Allow to cool, then peel and pass. Add the egg, butter, grated parmesan, salt and pepper and mix until smooth. Fill a sprig pose with the puree obtained and form donuts directly in the tray lined with baking paper.

Then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the yolks have a golden hue above. After removing them from the oven decorate the sausages with ham and cheese circles, grease them with cream cheese and close them with another sausage.
