Mushrooms stuffed with quail eggs represent a rich source of protein and energy for your family, but also a great idea to diversify the menu and delight the taste buds of your loved ones!
8 mushroom mushrooms (large)
8 quail eggs
4 tablespoons cream
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 dill connection
Method of preparation
Wash the mushrooms, remove the cod and let them dry. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Mix sour cream, garlic and chopped dill. Fill the mushrooms with the cream mixture, but only three quarters, not to the point.
At the end, put in each hat a quail egg. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Put the mushrooms in a tray previously covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
