4 celery stalks

1 gallon

4 strains

1 chilli (without seeds)

2 tsp salt

16 cups of vegetable soup

8-10 pieces of chicken breast

400 g frozen carrots

300 g frozen broccoli

300 g cabbage

1/4 cup of lemon juice

1 fresh dill link

Method of preparation

Heat the oil in a large soup pot. Add the following finely chopped vegetables to garlic: garlic, hot pepper, pickles and celery. Season them with salt and pepper. Allow them to ride until softened, about 15 minutes.

After they are warmed, add the other chopped vegetables: carrots, cabbage, broccoli, onion, chicken soup and lemon juice. Leave soup on fire until all vegetables are boiled. If you follow the above recipe, you should get a large enough amount of soup to cover about 23-26 servings.

The rules and schedule of the diet with chicken soup

The chicken soup diet is quite restrictive and has only one basic rule: only chicken soup is consumed daily, except for breakfast. The first meal of the day is consistent and consists only of certain foods.

Here are breakfast menus recommended for the first 5 days of the diet. During the last 2 days of diet, you can opt for any 2 of the 5 breakfast options, of your choice.

1: a dietary yogurt, skimmed, with some fruits in it: apples, oranges, bananas and a handful of wheat germs.

2: 200 g of cheese with a tip of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar; 3 figs; 2 slices of toasted bread, from whole grains.

3: 1 cup of skimmed milk with 1 cup and half of whole grains for breakfast; 1 fruit

4: 1 slice of toasted bread from whole grains; 30 g defatted cheese; 1 glass of fresh orange juice.

5: 1 glass of skimmed milk combined with 1 cup and half of whole grains.

Although chicken soup is a healthy preparation and its ingredients are very nutritious for the body, the diet based almost entirely on the consumption of this preparation can not be transformed into a long-term lifestyle.

It is important that the diet should not be kept for more than 7 days, and at the end of it, solid and consistent foods should be integrated into the menu gradually and in small quantities, so as not to overwhelm the body.
