Baked figs are tasty food that is prepared quickly and easily. You can serve them in different ways, both with mamaliguta and with mashed potatoes.
450 g of chicken liver
2 medium onions
1 glass of wine
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of sweet buoy
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper
Method of preparation
Wash the figs well, drain them, then place them in a heat-resistant pot and put a little oil, Julian chopped onion, thyme, sweet cloves, wine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the composition well, then give it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. After they are browned, return them to the other side and leave them in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Serve the figs in a hot oven, with mamaliguta and garlic sauce with cream.
