In addition, now that your little one has started school, you should not under any circumstances eat unappreciated foods for breakfast or, worse, leave home with an empty stomach.

Breakfast should contain healthy, tasty foods that provide energy and vitality due to the minerals and vitamins they contain. All you have to do is organize yourself a little better and plan ahead, there is no need to wake up much earlier than usual.

The recipes you can prepare are very tasty and easy to make. Here are some ideas for a healthy breakfast (recipes are for 3 people), for a day start with a smile on the lips:

1. Omelette with vegetables

Omelette is one of the healthiest options for breakfast. You need 4-5 eggs, a few cubes of cheese, a large pepper, a large onion, 1-2 suitable tomatoes, 3-4 mushroom mushrooms. Over the oat flakes soak the yogurt, then the minced banana, the berries or strawberries, the walnut kernel and the raisins and mix well. If you want to come out a little sweeter, you can add a little honey.

You need 150 grams of black olives, without seeds, two avocado fruits, a finely chopped onion, lemon juice, two cloves of garlic, salt, spices, according to your preference.
